Toxics Release Inventory
Each year, as required under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, the Georgia Emergency Response Commission receives toxic release information from facilities within Georgia. The Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is designated as the state agency to manage this information and to serve as its repository. Since the implementation of the federal statute, facilities have submitted the required information for calendar years 1987 through 2005.
